Customer service is the primary goal of ICL. To ensure delivery of a high quality service we have a strong and experienced management team in place which facilitates this service delivery in the most efficient and effective manner.
Padraig has over 20 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry and has an in-depth knowledge of fibre networks and extensive experience in project management.
Having joined ICL in 1996 Padraig started his career as an engineer and within three years had progressed to supervisory level. From there Padraig moved quickly up to management level utilizing the experience he gained as an engineer in the field to successfully drive the operations of the business.
In 2005 Padraig undertook a Diploma in Management providing him with the tools and expertise to grow the Operations division leading him into the role of Operations Director. Padraig, with a team of Project Managers, ensures the successful delivery of large scale projects.
Padraig is now Managing Director and owner of ICL.
Chief Financial Officer
Sonya has been a member of the Senior Management team in ICL since joining in 2007. With a BA (Hons) degree in Accounting and Finance Sonya also qualified with the Institute of Chartered Accounts (ACA) in Ireland in 2002. Throughout her career Sonya has gained experience in practice, corporate finance, network integration, software development, motor and production industries.
Sonya was initially employed as Finance Manager and was promoted to the position of Chief Financial Officer (C.F.O.) in 2010. Sonya’s areas of responsibility within ICL include full ownership and management of all finance related matters and in addition to the finance aspect of her role as a member of the management team is responsible for the day to day management of the organisation, compilation and submission of all tenders and the design and implementation of ICL’s strategic plan.

Compliance & Support Services Manager
With a BA (Hons) in Irish & History Susan joined the ICL team in 2009 as PA to the Operations Director and has worked in the education, finance & print media sectors. Susan has since transitioned to the position of Compliance & Support Services Manager and has day to day responsibility for HR, Payroll, company policies and procedures & external audits such as ISO & Safe Contractor.
Deborah is a qualified ICAI Accountant. As part of the Finance team Deborah ensures the efficient and accurate operation of the financial accounting processes. Deborah has day to day responsibility for all Payable & Receivable Accounts. Previous industries that Deborah has worked in include financial, education and environmental services.
