Installations
Residential, Commercial & Satellite
Installations have been at the heart of our service since 1995. Integrated Communications’ core expertise is providing wireless Broadband technology, VOIP Telephony and Digital TV to residential and commercial markets across Ireland. Where cable provision is not possible, we also provide a satellite service.
Our expertise comes from our dedicated Customer Service team and our installers, all of whom are NCTI and Safepass accredited. Our customers expect the highest quality of service and we use our unique Mobile Work Flow Management (WFM) system to manage every project in minute detail, so nothing is left to chance.
Residential:
Integrated Communications’ Residential service covers all aspects of the installation process, from making contact with the customer and arranging an installation date, to conducting internal and external installation, as well as offering a follow-up service. We have over 60 installers who carry out the work using a fully kitted-out fleet of vans.
Residential customers are given a detailed introduction (and literature) in relation to how their new system operates and how to benefit from after-sales service.
Commercial:
The Commercial service is similar to the Residential offering. Integrated Communications has a team of highly trained installers who perform two services:
1. They will feed the fibres from the external/client networks into the internal infrastructure and the Communications Room of large companies.
2. The SME service installs fibre into a business for Broadband and Voice Services.
Satellite:
For customers who are located outside a cable network, ICL will install a Satellite system to bring you the same Broadband, VOIP Telephony and Digital TV services.
