Our team of technicians are on hand to provide a maintenance service on telecommunication networks for both residential and commercial customers. This service includes preventative maintenance to the network, in addition to resolving issues as they arise. ICL provide a 24 hour 365 day emergency restoration service.
Many of our customers have made substantial investments in their networks. These can be local, national or international networks and customers need the reassurance that their networks will run at optimum efficiency. At ICL, we sustain network quality through preventative and scheduled maintenance. Our knowledge of the technology employed allows us to monitor the system in minute detail and respond accordingly.
Through our Mobile Work Flow Management (WFM) system [add link] we have complete control over the maintenance work we perform. It logs calls, schedules appointments, assigns the exact materials needed, and provides track & trace functionality so we know the exact status of every job.
All technicians are NCTI certified and our Customer Service centre is open six days a week.
