Installations have been at the heart of ICL’s service since 1995.
ICL’s Residential service covers all aspects of the installation process, from making contact with the customer and arranging an installation date, to conducting internal and external installation, as well as offering a follow-up service.
In relation to In-Home Installations, ICL has completed up to 450 installs per day over a six day working week, with approximate completions per annum of over 70,000 in-home installations. On average ICL has previously completed 2,750 service repair calls per month. This has been successfully managed over a sustained period of 20 years with a flexibility to scale up / scale down to meet customer demands. ICL has previously completed in-home installations and in-home network repair work for Cablelink, NTL, UPC, Virgin Media, Eircom, Sky, Irish Broadband and FTTBCo.
Our Commercial service is similar to the Residential offering. ICL has a team of highly trained installers who perform two services:
- Fibre installation from the external/client networks into the internal infrastructure and the Communications Room of large companies
- The SME service installs fibre into a business for Broadband and Voice Services.
ICL’s installation engineers work onsite to ensure a seamless installation of Intruder Alarms, Access Control Panels and CCTV Electronic Security Systems. Our teams also complete the commissioning of sites to ensure all systems are effective and meeting the customer’s requirements.
ICL is registered with the Private Security Authority and also holds the NSAI accreditation SR 40:2005 (Electronic Security Services – Intruder Alarm, Access Control & CCTV Systems).
