Workflow Management

The nature of our business calls for a workforce that is constantly on the move. ICL have a system that enables stores management, fleet management, management reporting and task management. Keeping track of all these activities and projects requires considerable manpower and flexibility. We identified an opportunity to manage this process more efficiently and hence in partnership with a third party we developed a bespoke mobile application that is thoroughly secure (SSL 3 encryption), and offers full Track & Trace functionality for all of our installers and technicians on the road.
Primarily, this track and trace system enables stores management, fleet management, management reporting and task management. Such control has specific benefits, including real time information access and control/ management. It also removes human error and reduces labour and paper costs. At the heart of this system is its full integration with our in-house systems. It delivers reliability and accountability for our customers and, ultimately, ensures that jobs get done correctly and on time.
